Inside Out Aesthetics was founded by Terri Mazaheri to help everyone’s individual beauty shine brighter. Our expert, experienced staff will customize a treatment that gives you a healthier and fresher appearance and helps treat those problematic areas. Inside Out Aesthetics offers injectables including Botox, Daxxify, Juvederm, and medical grade skin treatments like Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, VivaceRF, VirtueRF, Ultherapy, and more!

20s – Time to Protect
The teens and twenties are the best time for protection measures. Collagen 1 & 2 are very active in this decade. Using a good cleanser, vitamin C, and SPF really helps protect and prevent the skin from external factors caused by environment and sun exposure.
Did you know that some acne can come directly from inflammation in the gut or allergies to gluten, dairy, and sugar? We now offer a complimentary consultation for food sensitivity and allergy testing and supplements to heal the gut. A Skin Squad membership will give you that monthly skin love that can help keep problems away.

30s – Time to Replenish
The skin is slowly losing collagen 1 in this decade. We also lose 30% of our eyebrows and eyelashes because of hormone fluctuations. It is important to exfoliate, turn over our skin cells, and continue to use products to stimulate collagen. We also want to keep our skin balanced from unpredictable hormonal cycles. Periods, pregnancies, postpartum, all play a factor in hormone imbalances and that can take a toll on your skin.
Recommended Daytime Routine

40s – Time to Rescue
In our forties, we now have adipose tissue, or fat in our face, and we need to support our collagen 1 & 2 since it has decreased significantly. This is the time where we highly recommend at least 3 medical-grade products to stimulate collagen, put aging cells to sleep, and turn over your skin. The 3 core products needed will be medical-grade eye cream, growth factor, and retinol.

50s – Time to restore
The eye area is super delicate. Darkness and herniated fat pads can become apparent because of genetics and kidney function. This is a time to consider changing your medical-grade products seasonally to balance out environmental factors that influence your skin.
It is important to use retinols and growth factors during this time. We recommend Vivace or Virtue treatments 3 to 6 times a year. Ultherapy is another alternative that is a once a year skin tightening and brow lift treatment. In the winter, also consider IPL or Resurfx 3 to 6 times.
Recommended Morning Routine

To help with the integrity and overall health of the skin, we recommend monthly facials, or facial kits to use at home to continue to feed your skin. Virtue RF and Vivace RF are the safest treatments during this time.
