Add-ons
In addition to testing for food sensitivities, we highly recommend testing for leaky gut.
Why is it important to test for leaky gut? Leaky gut is usually a main root cause of food sensitivities, inflammation and autoimmune disease. By knowing if a patient has leaky gut, and how bad it is, we can take specific steps to treat it and retest to make sure its getting better. Once leaky gut is healed, many of these symptoms go away and autoimmune can even be put into remission in some cases.

Food sensitivity testing can be very useful to help prioritize an elimination or rotation diet.

How it works
Food Sensitivity Testing
Food sensitivities can be a trigger for common inflammatory symptoms that affect the gastrointestinal, neurological, integumentary (skin), connective tissue/joints, and other body systems. At Inside Out Aesthetics, we work with Vibrant Wellness to offer peptide-level testing which ‘zooms in’ on the individual peptide fragments of proteins in order to test for the full array of reactions to each of the 180 optional tested foods.
